At Fight Shop, we stand by the quality of our combat gear and want to ensure you have the right fit for your training. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive your prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Gear
Place the unused items, including all original tags and protective packaging, into a secure shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team inspects the gear to ensure it meets our hygiene and safety standards, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
